Module 4: Professional Development & Certification Alignment

Prerequisite: Modules 1, 2, and 3

Description
This module focuses on applying learning through a capstone experience while reinforcing ongoing professional development. Participants align their educator practice with ATD standards and TGH expectations.
Learning Objectives
- Deliver a comprehensive capstone that is representative of skills learned in Modules 1–3.
- Identify and engage in ongoing learning opportunities and integrate them into an Individual Development Plan (IDP).
- Align educator development with appropriate ATD professional pathways.
Target Audience
Any TGH team member involved in teaching, training, developing, or facilitating learning.
