Description

This module equips participants to design meaningful assessments and measure learning effectiveness. Emphasis is placed on aligning objectives, assessments, and evaluation methods to drive measurable outcomes.

Learning Objectives

• Build reliable pre-, mid-, and post-tests and knowledge checks.
• Create performance-based assessments and scoring rubrics.
• Use course data and feedback to refine learning experiences.

Target Audience

·         Any TGH team member involved in teaching, training, developing, or facilitating learning.
