Description

This module focuses on delivering engaging, high-impact learning experiences. Participants build facilitation skills that promote psychological safety, adaptability, and strong communication across diverse learner groups.

Learning Objectives

• Deliver effective instructor-led or virtual instructor-led facilitation using evidence-based engagement strategies.
• Use adaptive facilitation techniques to address diverse learning styles.
• Deliver learning content that promotes authenticity, kindness, vulnerability, and transparency from the facilitator and participants.
• Practice clear communication aligned with TGH cultural expectations to promote engagement, inclusion, and high‑trust learning relationships.

Target Audience

 Any TGH team member involved in teaching, training, developing, or facilitating learning.
