Description
We’re all a little unsure of how we’re going to integrate remote work into our jobs moving forward. This course will help you conceptualize best practices for your own remote work habits, and managing others’ remote work.
Learning Objectives: As a result of attending this session, participants will:
- Explain methods to establish and maintain boundaries between work and home, even when working remotely.
- Describe the benefits and drawbacks of different methods of virtual teamwork.
- Identify ways to better integrate remote work into the workflow at TGH.
