Course Learning Objectives:
By the end of this module, participants will be able to:
- Understand how choosing a communication modality is a key part of effective communication?
- Know the strengths and weaknesses of each type of communication modality?
- Determine whether or not you need to schedule a meeting?
- Be able to match their messages to the correct modality to maximize effectiveness

Instructor Bio:
Dr. Eisenberg brings 30 years of experience at USF and strong ties within Tampa Bay to lead the Office of Strategic Partnerships. Dr. Eisenberg works to support the university’s position as a transformational metropolitan research university in collaboration with its communities to fulfill USF’s strategic goal in being a significant social and economic engine by creating robust partnerships.
