This course is for any leader aiming to improve team dynamics while creating a supportive culture. 

Learning Objectives At the end of this course, participants should be able to:

• Explain when and why well-intended efforts to support direct reports may be counterproductive.
• Identify how kindness creates a culture of psychological safety and well-being.
• Use established methods to foster a culture of authenticity, transparency, kindness, and vulnerability.
• Respond with transparency and vulnerability when unable to provide requested support and/or resources.
