Participants will learn practical communication strategies rooted in immediacy, psychological safety, and cultural awareness. Through reflective discussions, real-life scenarios, and role-play activities, attendees will identify and commit to actionable steps for enhancing communication with patients from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
