In this course, participants will learn how their feedback contributes to meaningful organizational change and how they can continue to make their voices heard beyond the survey process. Team members will explore ways to engage in open dialogue, share ideas, provide constructive input, and collaborate with leaders and colleagues to create solutions that improve the team experience.
