Course Learning Objectives:

By the end of this module, participants will be able to:​

• Understand the difference between conscious and unconscious communication​
• Know how to clarify “what” needs to be communicated as well as the purpose of the communication (the “why”)​
• Target specific audiences instead of “reply all”​
• Be intentional about timing (the “when”), location (the ”where”), and modality (the “how”)

Instructor Bio:

Dr. Eisenberg brings 30 years of experience at USF and strong ties within Tampa Bay to lead the Office of Strategic Partnerships. Dr. Eisenberg works to support the university’s position as a transformational metropolitan research university in collaboration with its communities to fulfill USF’s strategic goal in being a significant social and economic engine by creating robust partnerships.
