Description:
This course is designed for all team members at Tampa General Hospital (TGH) who want to develop strategic thinking skills that support departmental and organizational success. Participants will gain practical insights into how strategic thinking contributes to TGH’s mission of world-class care, innovation, and operational excellence.
Learning Objectives At the end of this course, participants should be able to:
- Develop foundational strategic thinking skills to enhance problem-solving and decision making.
- Apply leadership qualities such as Authenticity, Kindness, Transparency, and Vulnerability to foster collaboration and innovation.
- Utilize strategic analysis tools (e.g., SWOT and PESTLE) to assess challenges and identify opportunities within the workplace.
- Understand how individual and team contributions align with departmental and organizational goals at TGH.
