In today's healthcare environment, leaders communicate across multiple digital platforms every day. This engaging module helps leaders use email, Teams, Wambi, Krew Social, EHR messaging, shared documents, and other digital tools more effectively by establishing clear expectations, reducing information overload, and choosing the right communication channel for the right purpose. Participants will learn practical strategies to enhance clarity, improve responsiveness, strengthen collaboration, and build trust in a fast-paced, technology-driven workplace.

By the end of this module, participants will be able to:
- Set clear expectations for response times and actionable requests across digital platforms?
- Determine when to use asynchronous vs. synchronous communication?
- Apply professional etiquette standards in Teams, Wambi, Krew Social, email threads, shared documents, and EHR messaging?
