Description
This course explores the psychology and best practices of effective mentoring, emphasizing the development of trust, emotional intelligence, and growth-oriented feedback. Participants will learn to incorporate AKTiVe behaviors, support mentees' career development, and apply proven strategies to foster impactful mentor-mentee relationships.
