This engaging course will highlight the most common vulnerabilities and introduce participants to cybersecurity basics. This new knowledge will empower participants to live and work in a more secure environment.

Learning Objectives As a result of attending this session, participants will:

  • Understand the importance of cybersecurity, include data security related to Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
  • Review practices and procedures to create a more secure environment (workplace, home, mobile, traveling) .
  • Explore and understand the anatomy of a cybersecurity attack and the different types of malicious software.
